Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Astro Psychedelics. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be made within 30 days of receiving your original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team for clarification.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
